Tools and Materials:
1. Tools: cleaning cloth, wrenches, screwdriver, drill, insulating tape, epoxy resin
Materials: C-LED module, switch power, connecting wire
NOTE: KEEP OFF Water during installment.
2. Check the ark to make sure it is OK, wipe off dirties, keep the surface clean and dry.
3. Install the C-LED with 5cm-8cm space in the ark, fixed the C-LED bottom with tape and screwdriver.
NOTE:
* Red wire is anode, and white wire is cathode, the C-LED will not work with incorrect connection;
* With triangle install if have more C-LED modules.
4. Drill a hole between C-LED and switch power.
5. Connect C-LED to output of switch power, average quantity of loop wires, and the total volume should not exceed the switch power.
6. Check C-LED status after connecting to switch power, and joint the AC. If C-LED dos not work, please recheck the anode and cathode.
7. Use insulation caps in wire and connection dealing, fill up the empty spaces with epoxy or silica gel.

SHINNING
SPOT ON THE LETTERS |
The normal height of the ark is 10~12CM |
Make another ark |
|
Bad quality of acrylic board |
Use good quality manufacturing |
|
SHADOW ON THE LETTERS |
Less quantity of C-LED |
Add C-LED module |
|
Mixed using of different C-LED |
Use the same series of C-LED |
